Minimum order: 5 pairs of socks


  1. Upload image(s) File Format - .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .SVG
  2. Use tools to enlarge or rotate the image(s), but make sure it covers the entire sock for full print.
  3. Images can cover the whole template, however, keep logos and text at least 3/4" inch away from edges of sock template to ensure quality print.
  4. Please make sure to specify sizing, and quantity per size if different, in COMMENTS section.

Once submitted, you will receive an .PDF proof via email for you to approve. Complete process takes 7-10 business days. This does not include shipping time.

Quantities are in Increments of 5 pairs

Example, Qty 1 = 5 pairs. Qty 2 = 10 pairs.

Custom Sublimation

We cannot guarantee exact matches among imprint colors and product colors. For example, specific colors will vary depending on what type of product it is printed on, the color of the product, and the printing process that is used. With most products, printing within one or two shades of a specific color is deemed industry standard. Product colors may vary as well. We work for as much consistency as possible, but there will be color shifts during production runs.

There will be no cancellation charges if the order is canceled before the artwork is started. There will be a $25 charge if the request is canceled after the art has been completed. An order cannot be canceled if it has entered production.

DeFeet offers a variety of shipping options to fit your needs. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Hildebran, NC. Most orders will ship within 72 hours of being received. If an item on your order is no longer available or no longer in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to substitute a different item or issue a refund for what is unavailable. If we do not receive a response from you within 72 hours, your order will be shipped and missing items will be refunded. 



USPS First Class Mail – 
First Class Mail is our most popular, as well as the most economical way to ship your order. Please note, orders must be under 1 pound to utilize this method. Upon shipment from our warehouse, most packages will arrive within 5 business days.

**Please note - FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes. In order to ship FedEx, a physical address must be provided.**

FedEx Ground – Upon shipment from our warehouse, transit time is 1 to 5 business days within the continental United States. For residential addresses (Home Delivery), packages may be delivered on Saturdays. 

FedEx One Rate – Two to three day delivery applies to business days only. Orders must be received by 12 PM EST to be processed and shipped same day. Please note that any orders received after 12 PM EST are not guaranteed to be processed until the next business day. For example, if you place an order at 3 PM EST on Thursday, we will not process and ship until Friday. 


USPS First Class Mail – First Class Mail is our most economical way to ship packages internationally. In order to utilize this service, orders must be under 4 pounds. Upon shipment from our warehouse, typical transit time is 10 to 14 business days but may take up to 21 business days.

FedEx International Economy - Upon shipment from our warehouse, typical transit time is 5 business days.
